Sanju heads the brand, The Irish House, under the restaurant management vertical of K Hospitality. As the business head, he is deeply involved in the micro as well as macro management of the brand which resonates through the multifold success of The Irish House over the past few years. An IHM graduate with a well-rounded experience of over 25 years in hospitality (including but not limited to hotels, standalone restaurants, travel FnB services, travel retail, malls and multi-unit operations), his incisive thinking and leadership skills have helped The Irish House build a robust foundation with a track record of successes having scaled up to 20 outlets across the country over a very short span of time.

Sanju has been with the group for over a decade and has contributed across multiple business verticals (TFS, Relay, MALS, Global Kitchens) before taking over The Irish House as a business head.

Sanju is currently heading 20 sites with a combined staff of 400 team members, 51 managers and 50 corporate staff as the business head. He has played a pivotal role in setting up departmental processes, operational systems, SOP’s, manuals for business growth along with setting up a productive franchise model, training modules, profitable budgeting strategies and business analytics. Besides being actively involved in overlooking operations and all other departments and support functions, his keen passion for the brand has helped build a strong brand positioning with strategic partnerships, inputs for menu development, involvement in technical and aesthetic designs for new stores, innovative tech implementations and creative marketing ideas leading to a better customer experience and increased brand value. His excellent people and team management skills and expertise in multi-location operations along with profound consumer understanding have seen him scale new heights for the brand. Sanju has driven new business by conceptualizing strategies, augmenting & streamlining operations, further elevating the identity of the award-winning brand.

His deep understanding of the business and his versatile skills are a source of strength for the brand. He is actively aligned with the company’s vision of expansion and believes in working with strong strategic planning to achieve the vision and mission of the brand while setting higher benchmarks.
